Automatic Gimette are compact and high quality hot air sterilizers with the same reliability and efficiency as larger models. Outside structure is made in painted plate with anti-scratch epoxy powder. Stainless steel lid and sterilization chamber with approx. capacity of 7 l. Removable, perforated for air circulation, tray with pliers. All components certified by most important European brands, assembling in compliance with EN-61010. A second safety thermostat operates in case temperature should exceed 220 °C. Red LED indicates any anomaly in thermoregulation and consequent starting of safety thermostat.
